Standard Hopper
Our in house manufactured Hopper Doors are able to fit and replace any Hopper in situ and any chute system - BS476: Section31.1 and Fire resistant for 120 minutes in Compliance with BS476: Part 22: Section 6. Completed with a self-closing feature. Equipped with a large capacity, the standard hopper is suitable for handling a wide range of waste volumes.
Interlocked Hopper
Along with our standard Hoppers, Our Interlocking Hoppers are in Conformity with BS476: Section 31.1 and fire resistant for 120 minutes and being in accordance with BS476: Part 22 Section 6. Our interlocking Hoppers are designed with a electrical system that is set to only allow one door to open at a time, when a door is in use a LED light will illuminate and stop other users from possibly causing collisions or blockages.

STANDARD FIRE shutter door
Our 2-hour fire rated, fire shutter doors are designed to be fast acting in the event of a fire, the fire shutter door is held by 2 high tensioned springs connected to a fusible metal link that will melt at a low heat, once the fusible metal link has melted the fire shutter door will be released and will shut and stop all smoke and fumes from traveling up the chute body.
ELECTRO-MAGNETIC fire shutter door
similar to our standard fire shutter door Our 2-hour fire rated electro-magnetic fire shutter doors are designed to be fast acting in the event of a fire, programmed to release the high tensioned springs to shut off the fire in seconds after sounding the fire alarm. the fire shutter also has a control panel that is fitted to the wall and this is wear you can easily self-reset the fire door without any issue.
